We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who knows how to turn ideas into high-performing creative — and use data to understand why it works.

What you’ll do:

🎯 Turn ideas into creative briefs and shooting guidelines

🎬 Develop concepts for performance videos – Reels & TikTok

📊 Analyze Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR & CPA and turn insights into action

🤝 Work closely with Sales, clients, UGC creators and influencers

🔥 Stay ahead of what’s working on TikTok & Meta — and what’s no longer working

⚡ Work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

What we’re looking for:

✔️ 3+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist / Content Strategist / Copywriter in paid advertising

✔️ E-Commerce / DTC experience – a strong advantage

✔️ Portfolio of short-form advertising videos with measurable results

✔️ Deep understanding of TikTok & Meta creative

✔️ Native or near-native English – our content targets the US market

✔️ Strong analytical and performance mindset

Bonus points:

Experience with luxury brands / jewelry, UGC & influencers, AI content creation tools, and basic video editing (CapCut / Premiere).
