Meganet is a performance marketing company focused on lead generation in the US market. We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Manager to lead creative strategy and production, working closely with our media buying team to turn ideas into ads that deliver results.

This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll guide others and create ad assets yourself, using AI tools alongside design and video editing software.

What you’ll do

• Develop creative concepts, advertising angles, hooks, and scripts for paid campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta.
• Create and edit ad assets yourself, including static images, short videos, and ad copy.
• Use AI tools to generate images, videos, and copy, and produce creative variations for testing.
• Write clear briefs and guide designers, video editors, and UGC creators from concept to final delivery.
• Build and manage a structured creative testing plan.
• Analyze performance with our media buyers and use the findings to improve existing ads and develop new concepts.
• Research competitors, audience insights, and emerging formats.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or a similar role.
• Proven experience developing ads for paid social campaigns, particularly Meta.
• Practical experience using AI tools for creative production, including image and video generation.
• Hands-on skills in design and video editing tools, with the ability to independently produce ads from concept to final asset.
• Excellent English copywriting skills and a strong understanding of US consumers.
• The ability to connect creative decisions with campaign data and business results.
• Experience coordinating designers, video editors, or external creators.
• Strong ownership, organization, and the ability to move quickly from idea to execution.
