Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Business / Data Analyst, working in close proximity to the company’s CEO and collaborating with C-level stakeholders, acting as an autonomous "One-Man Show" to spearhead data-driven business intelligence.
• Embedding directly within key client operations to analyze commercial metrics, detect revenue trends, pinpoint operational bottlenecks, and identify market opportunities.
• Translating complex business challenges and competitive scenarios into actionable quantitative models, strategic recommendations, and executive-level takeaways.
• Designing, constructing, and maintaining operational and executive dashboards, KPI trackers, and reporting mechanisms to steer pricing decisions and margin growth.
• Conducting deep-dive exploratory data analyses to quantify price elasticity, unit margins, and cohort performance.
• Heavily leveraging advanced Excel modeling techniques to manipulate large transaction datasets, build scenario models, and support high-stakes strategic choices.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. / B.A.) in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent) – Mandatory
• 2+ years of professional hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Financial Analyst – Mandatory
• Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, financial/business modeling, pivot tables, data structuring, and visualization) – Mandatory
• Proven ability to operate autonomously with end-to-end accountability, managing stakeholder relationships and delivering independent insights – Mandatory
• Strong business acumen with the capability to transform raw metrics into actionable operational recommendations – Mandatory
• Fluent professional communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
