Head of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing

iFor Fintech is a leading fintech development company. We are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing to lead our affiliate and influencer activities.

This strategic, hands-on role, reporting to the CMO, combines team leadership, commercial partnerships, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong focus on growth and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the affiliate & influencer marketing strategy, aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Lead and motivate a team of affiliate and influencer managers, setting clear goals and KPIs.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion, growth, and ROI across affiliate and influencer channels.
• Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing affiliates, publishers, content creators, influencers, and strategic partners, from onboarding through retention and growth.
• Build long-term commercial relationships and lead partner negotiations, including commission, compensation, and performance-based models.
• Define and monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns, traffic sources, partnerships, and commercial models.
• Manage budgets, spend, profitability, and resource allocation based on performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities to identify new markets, audiences, and traffic sources.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Performance, Creative, BI/Data, Product, Compliance, and Legal teams to support execution and growth.
• Ensure activities comply with relevant company policies and requirements.
• Attend industry conferences, networking events, and partner meetings, including international travel as required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in affiliate, influencer, partnership, or performance marketing, including leadership experience.
• Experience in fintech or gaming is required; online trading experience is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing and scaling affiliate and/or influencer marketing activities.
• Proven experience leading and developing affiliate, influencer, partnership, or performance marketing teams.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including commission and performance-based models.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and customer acquisition, including conversion, traffic quality, partner performance, and ROI.
• Strong analytical skills, including KPI definition, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with affiliate tracking, attribution, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and ownership of business results.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally and attend industry conferences as required.
• High-level proficiency in English is required.
