Quality Assurance Project Manager

An established business unit within the Military Aircraft Division is seeking a Project Quality Manager.

The role includes:

• Developing project quality plans, identifying and managing quality requirements during the early stages of projects, including contracts and contractual documents. Identifying gaps against existing IAI procedures and leading processes to ensure requirements are implemented across the division and company. Reviewing and approving key project documents and customer deliverables in accordance with the quality plan, contract, and SOW
• Actively participating in IPTs (Integrated Product Teams) across various projects
• Maintaining ongoing communication with customers regarding quality requirements and quality events
• Monitoring and controlling quality across all project processes, from initiation through to decommissioning
• Analyzing data and preparing quality reports, including project status, quality events, and FRACAS
• Leading project quality audits and monitoring corrective and preventive actions
• Reviewing and approving deviations from quality requirements
• Participating in change control boards and safety committees
• Preparing and presenting quality management reviews at the business unit level
• Presenting and managing the business unit's quality performance indicators

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering – mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Management – mandatory
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards – mandatory
• Quality Engineer qualification – an advantage
• Familiarity with the aerospace industry – an advantage
• Experience in projects, manufacturing, and working with subcontractors – an advantage
