Job Description:

• Provide ongoing technical support to end users.
• Install and configure computers and end-user workstations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in an Active Directory environment.
• Work with backup systems.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or End-User Support role – mandatory.
• Good knowledge of and hands-on experience with Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of and experience providing support for Microsoft 365.
• Experience working with Active Directory.
• Familiarity with backup systems – an advantage.
• Experience working with Commvault – a significant advantage.
• Strong service orientation, ability to work independently, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to learn quickly, and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
