Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across boutique operations and customer service teams.
• Source and attract candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone screenings and face-to-face interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and collaborate with various internal stakeholders.

Human Resources

• Support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, labor law topics, attendance, and payroll-related matters.
• Advise and support managers on ongoing HR issues.
• Lead performance management and employee retention initiatives.
• Execute HR administrative processes and controls in line with company policies.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good English proficiency.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
