Located in Tel Aviv next to the train and light rail stations, operating on a hybrid model with one day working from home.

Role Description -

• Serving as a Senior Product Manager, reporting directly to the VP of Product, taking full end-to-end ownership of the core Autonomous Offensive Security platform (covering both Inbound and Outbound product lifecycle).
• Driving product strategy, defining product roadmaps, and prioritizing capabilities that transform complex security research into enterprise-grade features.
• Leading product execution for an AI-powered engine performing automated penetration testing, vulnerability discovery, validation, and risk exposure analysis.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Security Researchers, R&D, and Product Designers, to translate sophisticated offensive techniques into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Engaging with enterprise customers and stakeholders to capture market requirements, validate feedback, and articulate clear product value propositions.

Requirements -

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Product Management – Mandatory
• Proven background from the Cyber Security domain – Mandatory
• Solid technical background with a deep understanding of software engineering and security architectures – Mandatory
• Alumnus/alumna of an elite military technological unit – Mandatory
• Strong experience in both Inbound and Outbound product activities, roadmap ownership, and feature lifecycle delivery – Mandatory
• Proven ability to work alongside security researchers and engineering teams to solve complex technical problems – Mandatory
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and fluent technical communication skills in English – Mandatory
