We are a deep-tech startup developing AI driven next-generation Control Plane for AI Infrastructure. Our team combines strong research, engineering, and systems expertise to solve complex real-world challenges at massive scale.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Research, design, and develop advanced AI models and intelligent agents for an autonomous AI infrastructure control plane.
• Translate promising research ideas and prototypes into robust, production-grade capabilities integrated into the company's core platform
• Benchmark, profile, and analyze large-scale system performance to identify bottlenecks, optimization opportunities, and performance limitations, with strong emphasis on networking behavior and infrastructure dynamics.
• Develop methodologies, tools, and workflows for performance analysis and validation.
• Collaborate closely with research and engineering teams on next-generation autonomous infrastructure technologies.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experienced AI developer with a strong focus on Reinforcement Learning.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in performance analysis, systems research, infrastructure, or large-scale environments.
• Experience in design and productization of AI models and agents
