We are seeking an experienced Test Systems Development Manager to lead the development of advanced Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and comprehensive testing solutions for complex multidisciplinary systems.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead ATE development activities in collaboration with subcontractors and engineering teams.
• Define and establish modular test architectures for complex systems.
• Lead the development and deployment of test stations for manufacturing lines and customer sites.
• Oversee matrix-managed development processes, including testing, integration, and design reviews, across internal teams and subcontractors.
• Drive the implementation of advanced test solutions throughout the system lifecycle.

Program & Management Responsibilities

• Act as a key focal point within a business program environment, working closely with Systems Engineering, Software, Hardware, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Customers.
• Lead the development and integration of advanced test stations from concept through deployment.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering activities with a strong execution-oriented approach.
• Work in a matrix organization under the guidance of a Project Manager.
• Manage subcontractors, work plans, schedules, and project deliverables.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the specification, design, and development of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading multidisciplinary engineering activities in a complex environment.
• At least 2 years of experience managing customer and subcontractor interfaces, including preparation and execution of work plans.
• Experience managing subcontractors in defense or military projects – Advantage.
• Background as a Technician or Practical Engineer in troubleshooting and maintaining advanced complex systems – Advantage.
