About the role:

We're hiring a Product Economy Manager to own the economy of our gaming platform and games. You'll make sure play stays fun, rewards feel generous, and the business stays profitable and safe. This is a quantitative, high-impact role at the heart of a large-scale gaming platform. Every lever you pull moves real deposits, real engagement and real value across millions of player actions a day.

What you'll do

• Own the player rewards economy: bonuses, cashback, VIP and loyalty.
• Model and forecast the revenue and bonus-cost impact of changes before launch.
• Track player economics and margins to keep the platform healthy.
• Design casual-gaming-style reward loops: missions, races, drops and streaks.
• Run and analyze A/B tests on promotions and reward mechanics.
• Set bonus terms and tune giveback by segment to maximize retention and LTV.
• Prevent bonus abuse together with Risk and Fraud.
• Partner with Product, Compliance and Player Protection on features, launches and safe play.

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in product game economy.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a similar quantitative field.
• Solid grasp of probability, expected value, variance and return rates.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for building economy models.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to build tools, models and analyses faster.
• Sharp pattern recognition: you spot abuse, anomalies and trends before they show up in the P&L.
• Clear communicator who can turn a model into a decision for Product, Marketing and leadership.
• A real passion for gaming: casual and mobile games and crypto.

Nice to have

• Economy design experience from casual gaming or free-to-play games; or a background in strategy consulting or trading.
• Experience with VIP or loyalty programs and player lifetime value modeling.
• Familiarity with crypto wallets, stablecoins and multi-currency balances.
