Systems Integration Engineer

We're looking for a Systems Integration Engineer to build and maintain the connections between our information systems. You'll design and develop integrations and automated workflows, mainly using integration platforms, and use custom APIs, scripts, and connectors where low-code isn't enough. You'll also act as the DevOps owner for our internal developments, covering CI/CD, environments, deployments, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between business systems (CRM, ERP, finance, HR, support, data platforms) using Workato
• Develop custom connectors, API integrations, webhooks, and scripts
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and data mappings
• Monitor integrations, handle errors, and troubleshoot failures quickly
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for internally developed applications
• Manage dev, staging, and production environments, deployments, and releases
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for internal systems and integrations
• Manage infrastructure, configuration, and secrets securely
• Support internal developers with tooling and production issues
• Document integrations, data flows, and processes, and define integration standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems integration, backend development, or DevOps
• Hands-on experience with an iPaaS platform (Workato preferred; Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar considered)
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys)
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar) and Git
• Experience with a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills in English and Hebrew, with both technical and business stakeholders
