We are seeking an experienced M&A Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, investment opportunities, and corporate development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives, market research, and financial forecasting.
- Conduct company valuations, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
- Support investment and acquisition processes.
- Identify and drive business expansion opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on growth, innovation, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Law.
- 5+ years of experience in investments, financial analysis, business development, and project management.
- Strong valuation, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
- Experience working with international markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
