This role sits at the intersection of data, creative, and strategy, owning the full lifecycle of campaigns from ideation to optimization.

You’ll be expected to think like an owner: treating budgets as your own, constantly testing new angles, and identifying scalable opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, thrives on data, and leverages AI tools to move faster and smarter.

Requirements:

✅ What We’re Looking For?

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta is a must; TikTok is a strong advantage).
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable results in global markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a deep understanding of what makes high-performing ads.
• High level of ownership and accountability, treats budgets as if they were personal funds.
• AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance performance and productivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in highly competitive verticals (e.g., iGaming, casino, sports betting, fintech) is a strong advantage.
  
  

• Own and manage paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Youtube, and others), from setup to scaling.
• Analyze performance data deeply to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities, and act on them quickly.
• Develop and test creative strategies, angles, and messaging tailored to different audiences and markets.
• Work closely with creative teams to ideate, brief, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives.
• Continuously optimize campaigns (bidding, targeting, funnels, creatives) to maximize ROI and efficiency.
• Manage and allocate budgets responsibly, with a strong focus on profitability and scalability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve workflows, analysis, and creative output.
• Stay on top of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging opportunities in paid social.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to align on growth initiatives.
