Meta Ads (Facebook Ads) – Senior Performance Marketing Campaign Manager

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with deep, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook Ads) to lead and scale performance campaigns across international markets.

This is a highly execution-focused senior role for someone who is comfortable operating directly inside the platforms, managing significant media budgets, analyzing complex performance data, and making fast, commercially driven decisions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, strong experience in Forex, iGaming, or another high-risk/high-compliance vertical, and a deep understanding of performance marketing beyond basic lead generation.

You will take ownership of campaign performance end-to-end, from strategy and account structure through execution, optimization, scaling, testing, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Meta Ads performance across international markets and multiple audiences.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies focused on growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Launch, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads.
• Manage significant media budgets and make strategic decisions around budget allocation and scaling.
• Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, FTDs, Conversion Rate, Margin, LTV, ROAS, and other business KPIs.
• Identify performance trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities and take immediate action.
• Own campaign structure, audiences, bidding strategies, placements, budgets, and optimization strategies.
• Build and lead structured A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, funnels, and campaign setups.
• Analyze performance beyond the initial conversion, connecting acquisition data with user quality, revenue, retention, and profitability.
• Work closely with BI teams on cohort analysis, LTV, user quality, attribution, and deeper performance signals.
• Partner with Creative teams on creative strategy, briefs, testing plans, and performance feedback.
• Continuously test new audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and optimization approaches.
• Monitor tracking and attribution to ensure accurate measurement and reliable decision-making.
• Ensure campaigns operate in accordance with platform policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale successful activity across markets.
• Contribute to broader performance marketing strategy and help shape best practices across the team.
• Share knowledge and best practices with other performance marketers and support the development of junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads / Facebook Ads.
• Previous experience in Forex, iGaming, or another high-risk/high-compliance vertical – mandatory.
• Proven experience managing and scaling substantial paid media budgets, preferably $200K+ monthly.
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads campaign structures, audiences, bidding, optimization, and scaling.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels beyond lead generation.
• Proven ability to analyze acquisition performance through to revenue, LTV, margin, and profitability.
• Strong analytical skills and extensive experience working with performance data.
• Experience with BI tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and cohort analysis.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, conversion measurement, and campaign analytics.
• Experience working across international markets and multiple audiences.
• Strong creative testing and performance optimization mindset.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear actions and business decisions.
• Strong commercial mindset and sense of ownership.
• Excellent English communication skills.
