What is the job:

A leading global high-tech company in Tel Aviv is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join its Finance team. The role offers ownership of the end-to-end collections process, close collaboration with Sales, Accounting, customers, banks and tax authorities, and exposure to complex financial processes.

What will you do?

• Manage the end-to-end collections process, including customer balances, overdue receivables and payments follow-up.
• Issue customer statements, maintain regular communication, and resolve collection issues and escalations with Sales and internal teams.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and ensure accurate records.
• Manage special banking transactions, including withholding-tax certificates.
• Support customer credit reviews, credit holds and timely release of blocked orders.
  
  

What you need:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Reasonable English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Administrative/collection /bookkeeping background – an advantage.
• Knowledge in Oracle Cloud – an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
