What is the job:
A leading global high-tech company in Tel Aviv is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join its Finance team. The role offers ownership of the end-to-end collections process, close collaboration with Sales, Accounting, customers, banks and tax authorities, and exposure to complex financial processes.

What will you do?

Manage the end-to-end collections process, including customer balances, overdue receivables and payments follow-up.

Issue customer statements, maintain regular communication, and resolve collection issues and escalations with Sales and internal teams.

Perform customer account reconciliations and ensure accurate records.

Manage special banking transactions, including withholding-tax certificates.

Support customer credit reviews, credit holds and timely release of blocked orders.

What you need:

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
Reasonable English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Administrative/collection /bookkeeping background – an advantage.
Knowledge in Oracle Cloud – an advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Ability to support the following:
A proactive and responsible team player who can take ownership of collection activities, communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
