Account Manager

We’re growing at mingle and looking for an Account Manager to join us.

mingle is an AI-powered career relationship platform that helps companies find the best people faster.

We work with global clients and are looking for a people-focused, commercially minded Account Manager to build strong customer relationships and help our clients get the most out of mingle.

What you’ll do:

• Manage relationships with our global clients

• Lead customer onboarding and ongoing engagement

• Understand customer needs and turn feedback into action

• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion

• Work closely with our product team to improve the customer experience

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success, or a similar role

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Fluent English

• Commercial mindset and strong problem-solving skills

• Highly organized, proactive, and independent

• SaaS, HR Tech, or startup experience is a plus
