We’re Hiring: System Administrator | Kfar Saba

A leading energy company located in Kfar Saba is looking for a System Administrator to join its IT team.

The role reports to the Group IT Manager and includes responsibility for operating, maintaining, and developing the company’s IT environment for approximately 250 users in Israel and global sites.

This is a hands-on position combining Microsoft 365 technologies, infrastructure and endpoint management, IT and cybersecurity projects, and professional technical support for company users. It’s a great opportunity for a System Administrator looking to expand their experience in cloud technologies and global enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment
• Manage users, groups, and permissions using Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Manage and maintain Intune, endpoint policies, and devices
• Support and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services
• Operate and maintain Microsoft Defender security tools
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide Tier 2/3 technical support
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment, including onboarding, installation, deployment, maintenance, and replacement
• Work with IT, communications, and procurement vendors
• Participate in infrastructure, cloud migration, system upgrade, and IT improvement projects
• Assist with backup management and periodic recovery tests
• Implement IT and information security procedures in accordance with company policies
• Create technical documentation and work procedures
• Work closely with IT teams and users in Israel and abroad

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience managing Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Exchange Online
• Experience managing Windows endpoints
• Experience troubleshooting infrastructure issues and providing Tier 2/3 support
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender – an advantage
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online – an advantage
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and networking – an advantage
• Experience with backup systems – an advantage
• Experience with Azure – an advantage
• High-level English
