We’re hiring: Electronics Practical Engineer (Handasai) / Electronics Technician only

Redler Technologies is looking for an experienced, hands-on professional to join our team in Kfar Saba.

We develop electronic systems for power distribution and motion control, primarily for defense applications.

The role includes development verification, assembly and integration of electronic units, transfer from development to production, and testing and product approval activities for systems combining hardware and software.

Requirements

• An Electronics Practical Engineer (Handasai) diploma or Electronics Technician qualification. This position is not for degree-qualified engineers or students.
• At least five consecutive years of relevant, hands-on experience. This is a firm requirement; please do not apply with less experience.
• A strong technical background in electronics and electronic assemblies.
• Experience in electrical power systems and/or motion control is a significant advantage.

Technical skills - Mandatory

• Ability to read electronic schematics, wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters and power supplies.
• Ability to assemble electronic units, diagnose faults, carry out structured tests and document results.
• Familiarity with products combining electronics, embedded software and communications is an advantage.
• Working English for reading technical documentation and writing test records.
