לחברת אבטחת מידע וסייבר דרוש/ה איש/אשת Penetration Testing מנוסה לתפקיד מקצועי ומגוון, הכולל ביצוע מבדקי אבטחה, זיהוי חולשות, ליווי אירועי סייבר והובלת פעילויות Offensive Security מול לקוחות החברה.

תחומי אחריות:

• ביצוע מבדקי חדירות (Penetration Testing) תשתיתיים ואפליקטיביים בסביבות White Box, Grey Box ו-Black Box.
• ביצוע מבדקי חדירות והערכות אבטחה למערכות ושירותים המשלבים AI, לרבות בחינת סיכונים וחולשות ייחודיים לסביבות אלו.
• ביצוע Vulnerability Assessments וסריקות חולשות לתשתיות פנימיות וחיצוניות, באמצעות כלים כגון Nessus וכלים מקצועיים נוספים.
• ביצוע Phishing Assessments / Simulations, ניתוח התוצאות וגיבוש המלצות לשיפור.
• הכנה ובנייה של Incident Response (IR) Playbooks / IR Kits ותרחישי תגובה לאירועי סייבר.
• השתלבות כגורם מקצועי ב־Incident Response Team ומתן סיוע טכני במהלך אירועי אבטחת מידע וסייבר.
• ניתוח ממצאים, הערכת רמת הסיכון והכנת דוחות מקצועיים ומפורטים הכוללים ממצאים, ראיות, רמת חומרה והמלצות לתיקון.
• מתן המלצות פרקטיות ללקוחות לצורך Hardening, צמצום משטח התקיפה ושיפור מערך ההגנה.
• ביצוע בדיקות חוזרות (Retest) לצורך אימות תיקון ממצאים.
• הדרכה, חניכה והעברת ידע לאנשי אבטחת מידע, תוך שילובם בפעילויות המקצועיות וביצוע מבדקים משותפים.

דרישות התפקיד

ניסיון מעשי בביצוע מבדקי חדירות תשתיתיים ואפליקטיביים; היכרות טובה עם Web/Application Security, מערכות הפעלה, רשתות ופרוטוקולי תקשורת; ניסיון בעבודה עם כלי PT וסריקת חולשות; יכולת ניתוח והבנה של חולשות ודרכי ניצולן; יכולת כתיבה גבוהה והפקת דוחות מקצועיים בעברית ובאנגלית; יכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד עבודה בצוות ובסביבת לקוחות; ויכולת הדרכה והעברת ידע.

ניסיון בתחומי AI Security, Cloud Security, Incident Response, Active Directory, API Security – יתרון משמעותי.

ידע וניסיון ב GRC - יתרון.

An Information Security and Cybersecurity company is seeking an experienced Penetration Tester / Offensive Security Specialist for a diverse and challenging role involving security assessments, vulnerability identification, cyber incident response support, and the delivery of Offensive Security services to the company’s clients.

• Perform infrastructure and application Penetration Testing using White Box, Grey Box, and Black Box methodologies.
• Conduct penetration tests and security assessments of systems and services incorporating AI, including the evaluation of risks and vulnerabilities specific to AI environments.
• Perform Vulnerability Assessments and vulnerability scanning of internal and external infrastructure using tools such as Nessus and other professional security tools.
• Conduct Phishing Assessments and Simulations, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain Incident Response (IR) Playbooks, IR Kits, and cyber incident response scenarios.
• Serve as a professional member of the Incident Response Team, providing technical assistance during information security and cyber incidents.
• Analyze findings, assess risk levels, and prepare detailed professional reports including findings, supporting evidence, severity ratings, and remediation recommendations.
• Provide clients with practical recommendations for system hardening, attack surface reduction, and strengthening their overall security posture.
• Perform retests to verify the effective remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Train, mentor, and transfer knowledge to Information Security professionals, including hands-on collaboration during security assessments and related activities.

Hands-on experience conducting infrastructure and application penetration testing; strong knowledge of Web/Application Security, operating systems, networks, and communication protocols; experience with penetration testing and vulnerability assessment tools; strong ability to analyze vulnerabilities and understand exploitation techniques; excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce professional reports in English and Hebrew; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team and in client-facing environments; and strong training and knowledge-transfer capabilities.

Experience in AI Security, Cloud Security, Incident Response, Active Directory, and API Security is a significant advantage.

Knowledge and experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is an advantage.
