A leading global high-tech company is looking for a Wellbeing & Employer Branding Specialist to join its HR team for a maternity leave replacement.

This is a diverse, hands-on role combining employee experience, wellbeing, internal communications, employer branding, and end-to-end project management.

What you’ll do:

• Lead employee wellbeing, engagement, events, holidays, team-building and volunteering activities

• Create and manage internal communications, newsletters, invitations and employee content

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment-related campaigns

• Manage projects from concept to execution, including timelines, budgets and vendors

• Coordinate with external suppliers, including quotations, negotiations and payments

• Work closely with HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Facilities and global stakeholders

• Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, culture and sense of belonging

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in wellbeing, employee experience, HR, internal communications, employer branding or event production

• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external vendors

• Proactive, service-oriented and independent approach

• Ability to manage changing priorities and solve problems in real time

Advantages:
