Penetration Tester

Hey there,

We're Weissman Cybersecurity, and we're looking for a highly technical Penetration Tester / Offensive Security Engineer.

We are not a traditional consulting firm doing manual pentests. We are building a fully autonomous offensive-security and active-defense platform. Our product operates hundreds of live scanning engines that autonomously execute attacks and generate real proofs of exploit without human intervention. We need a hardcore attacker to help us upgrade our artillery.

What you'll do:

• Develop and refine our offensive probes, adding to our current arsenal of 563 production engine IDs and 303 live probes.
• Ensure our coverage remains elite across all 15 attack domains and 192 MITRE ATT&CK techniques.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art WAF evasion capabilities, such as advanced TLS and HTTP/2 fingerprint spoofing, to seamlessly bypass defenses like Cloudflare.
• Integrate attack paths with our AI's "Pentest Reinforcement" memory. This system uses pgvector to remember what payloads worked on specific server fingerprints and automatically replays them on similar targets.
• Work alongside our "Supreme Council" AI agents, ensuring the attack logic perfectly aligns with our strict policy of zero fabricated or randomized findings.

What we're looking for:

• Proven, hands-on experience in Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, or Vulnerability Research.
• Absolute mastery of networking, OS internals, web/cloud attack vectors, and covert channels.
• Deep understanding of AI limitations and data security. Our AI operates in hermetic isolation on a private GPU (vLLM) and executes queries using a strict read-only PostgreSQL role (weissman_ro) to guarantee zero data leaks. You must understand how to work safely around these guardrails.
• Big plus: Experience writing high-performance code in Rust, as our core backend and engine logic are implemented entirely in Rust.
