Business Development Representative

We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Business Development Representative to help accelerate our growth across EMEA and global markets. In this role, you will be the engine behind our pipeline — identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects to generate high-quality meetings and demos for our Sales team. This is a pure hunting role focused on outbound and inbound prospecting; it is not a closing position. We prioritize potential over pedigree: candidates who demonstrate strong motivation, coachability, and a genuine drive to succeed are encouraged to apply, regardless of prior experience.

Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Generation: Prospect, qualify, and generate high-impact opportunities through multi-channel outbound prospecting (email, cold calling, social selling) and inbound lead follow-up.
• Meeting & Demo Booking: Secure qualified discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
• Account Mapping & Discovery: Research target accounts and identify technical and infrastructure pain points, engaging DevOps, DevSecOps, and Security leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to align messaging, prioritize target accounts, and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM, tracking outreach activity, lead status, and conversion metrics.

Requirements:

• Strong self-starter with the initiative and resilience to consistently generate outbound pipeline.
• Quick learner with genuine interest in technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Clear, confident communicator, comfortable initiating conversations with technical and business stakeholders (full product and industry training provided).
• Collaborative team player with a long-term growth mindset and commitment to developing alongside the company.
• Native or fully fluent English (written and verbal); proficiency in German or French is an advantage.
• Prior SDR/BDR or B2B SaaS experience, or a background in Cybersecurity, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure, is considered an asset but is not required. Motivation, drive, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
