The Airborne Systems Plant at ELTA Systems is looking for a Design Verification & Integration Engineer to lead core activities in advanced mission aircraft ✈️

This is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies on the market (RF, optics, computing, and communications), operate in a multi-interface environment, and play a pivotal role throughout the entire lifecycle of the project—from development to field deployment.

What will you do?

• Perform system design and integration tests for mission aircraft (hardware & software)

• Lead system testing, verify compliance with design and specification requirements, and test interfaces in labs and onboard aircraft

• Set up and manage system integration labs based on project requirements • Write, manage, and execute test and integration procedures (ATP, ATR, etc.)

• Work closely with multiple interfaces (software, systems engineering, clients) locally and abroad

What are we looking for?

• Relevant academic degree (Software/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or similar) – Mandatory

• At least 5 years of experience in integration, system testing, and troubleshooting (hardware and/or software) – Mandatory

• High-level English and willingness to travel abroad – Mandatory

• Command/officer background in the military, experience with airborne systems/avionics, or systems engineering experience – Significant advantage!
