Cybersecurity Researcher

We are hiring a Cybersecurity Researcher for a government ministry in central Israel, responsible for advanced technological research across key technologies in the communications sector, extracting Big Data insights, leading a team, and managing significant organizational changes

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct advanced technological research across key technologies in the communications sector
• Extract key insights based on Big Data
• Lead a team of employees
• Manage significant organizational changes within the unit’s area of responsibility
• Develop and implement cybersecurity monitoring, control, and protection processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience performing the role’s responsibilities
• Experience managing cybersecurity sector monitoring, control, and protection
• Experience defining, planning, and establishing a Cyber Center, including direct and indirect management of managers and employees
• Experience developing cybersecurity protection concepts, policies, procedures, and methodologies for routine and emergency situations
• Experience leading a TI approach, managing change in a SOC, promoting strategic collaborations, and driving a unit-wide measurement culture and DATA program
