A growing and developing freight forwarding company is looking for a dedicated team player with the right attitude and strong motivation to join our team.

📍 Location: Haifa

💼 Position: Ocean Import Operations Coordinator - Full Time

What will you be doing?

• Managing ocean import shipments from A to Z
• Preparing quotations and shipment pricing
• Opening and managing shipment files in the system
• Coordinating and following up with shipping lines
• Maintaining ongoing communication with customers and providing status updates
• Working closely with international agents and partners

Requirements:

✓ Previous experience in ocean freight forwarding - an advantage

✓ High level of English, both written and spoken

✓ Experience with the Unifreight system - a significant advantage

✓ Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment

✓ Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and excellent interpersonal skills
