Product Manager

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on Product Management experience, preferably in digital / enterprise products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• Proven experience owning products throughout the full product lifecycle - from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and development teams.
• Strong experience in writing product requirements and functional specifications.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, translating business needs into clear product requirements and prioritizing competing demands.
• Experience working with product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile products, UX/UI principles, and modern software development processes.
  

• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve product discovery, requirements definition, analysis, decision-making, and product delivery.
• Experience working with complex, large-scale, multi-user Enterprise systems.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, databases, and other technical components.
• Experience with data analysis, product analytics, and using data to support product decisions.
• Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps / Jira and Figma.
• Experience managing products in a large organization with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
