HR Specialist

HR Specialist | Tel Aviv

A leading and well-established technology company is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join its HR team.

This is a broad and impactful role, providing HR partnership to managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, while leading key HR processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Handle employee relations, welfare, attendance, compensation and benefits matters.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and integration processes.
• Support performance management, feedback cycles, promotions and compensation reviews.
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Manage complex employee cases, including retention, performance improvement and disciplinary processes.
• Partner closely with multiple stakeholders across the business.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze employee data to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HR experience - required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Organizational Development or a related field - required.
• Experience working in a large organization or a matrix environment - advantage.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment practices - advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business partnership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv
