Nextage, a leading financial consulting firm specializing in startups and growth companies, is looking for a Business to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our offices in Ra’anana.

As part of our business team, you will take an active role in supporting business development and marketing initiatives, identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to Nextage’s continued growth.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, partnerships, and new business opportunities
• Support ongoing business development activities and help identify opportunities for company growth
• Manage and maintain the company’s digital assets, including the website and social media channels
• Create, coordinate, and publish content across digital platforms
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, client materials, and other documents for business meetings and potential clients
• Support the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy and ongoing marketing activities
• Assist with digital campaigns, content creation, performance tracking, data analysis, and various marketing projects
• Prepare presentations and materials for management and business meetings
• Coordinate and support business events, conferences, meetings, and other company initiatives
• Manage and maintain accurate information in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce)
• Support client retention activities and ongoing communication with existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on cross-functional business and marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree - required
• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development and/or B2B Marketing - required
• Familiarity with the Israeli startup ecosystem, investors, venture capital, and technology companies - a strong advantage
• Experience managing social media channels and creating content - required
• Excellent written and verbal English - required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce - an advantage
