Account Manager

Tzkrti is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Haifa.

We’re looking for someone who can manage strong relationships with existing organizers while bringing new organizers, partnerships, and business opportunities to Tzkrti.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with organizers and partners
• Bring in new organizers and close new deals
• Onboard and support organizers using Tzkrti’s platform
• Follow event performance, ticket sales, and organizer needs
• Grow existing accounts and introduce additional Tzkrti services
• Keep client, deal, and follow-up information updated in the CRM
• Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and support teams

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience in ticketing or events is a strong advantage
• Excellent Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Experience using CRM software; HubSpot is a big plus
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
