We’ve already built a strong social footprint with our famous street interviews, and now we’re looking for a top-tier Social Content Manager & Creator to take our TikTok & Instagram presence to the next level.

This isn't a traditional "sit behind a desk and schedule posts" social manager job. We are looking for an end-to-end creator -  who lives and breathes internet culture, loves being on camera, and knows how to create scroll-stopping short-form content in Hebrew.

You’ll own mylo’s social vibe: from brainstorming hilarious, relatable formats about dating, love, and relationships, to holding the mic in street interviews, shooting, editing, and publishing.

• Lead Street Interviews: Be the face and voice of mylo in the wild. Host our viral street interviews, approach people with ease, and extract authentic, entertaining content.
• Concept & Create: Develop fresh, recurring original formats, hilarious skits, and engaging short-form video concepts (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) focused on modern dating culture.
• Shoot & Edit: End-to-end video production- shooting on mobile, editing fast-paced, high-retention videos (using CapCut or similar tools), and adding native text/captions.
• Trend Hacking: Stay step-ahead of TikTok & Instagram audio trends, memes, and cultural moments, turning them into mylo content within hours.
• Manage & Analyze: Maintain our content calendar, engage with our community in the comments (in mylo’s distinct brand voice), and track video performance to double down on what works.
• Collaborate: Partner with our marketing team on high-impact campaigns, product launches, and creator collaborations.

• A True Creator: You know how to make videos that people actually want to watch, share, and save- not content that looks like an advertisement.
• Camera-Confident & Charismatic: You have great interpersonal energy, feel natural on camera, and know how to make strangers feel comfortable opening up in street interviews.
• Short-Form Native: Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, pacing, hook-writing, and visual storytelling.
• Self-Sufficient Editor: Highly skilled at mobile video editing (CapCut, Premiere, InShot) with an eye for fast cuts, captions, and sound design.
• Language: Native Hebrew (written & spoken) with strong, witty copy skills; fluent English.
• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience creating short-form video content for brands or a proven personal creator portfolio.
