Procurement Coordinator-student position

Responsibilities:

• Supply coordination: tracking purchase orders and deliveries, updating delivery dates in the ERP system (including expediting and postponements)
• Ongoing work with local and international suppliers, including status updates, monitoring delivery schedules, and updating relevant stakeholders within the organization
• Full support of import/export processes – invoice intake and ongoing logistics activities
• Handling, reviewing, and approving supplier invoices and forwarding them to the relevant departments
• Assisting buyers with ongoing tasks and projects
• Daily collaboration with Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse departments

Requirements:

• Student in Industrial Engineering & Management / Logistics / Business Administration or another relevant degree – with at least two years of studies remaining
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Good level of English – both written and spoken
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Hardworking, energetic, and able to work at a fast pace
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in procurement / supply chain / operations – an advantage
• Availability for at least 3–4 working days per week
