Aran Research Development & Prototypes Ltd. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to provide engineering support to production, lead process improvements, and collaborate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to the production floor.
Design and develop fixtures, jigs, tooling, and assemblies.
Lead process improvement, quality enhancement, and cost reduction initiatives.
Prepare engineering documentation, drawings, specifications, and SOPs.
Support process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – required.
5–10 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering – required.
Experience with fixtures, tooling, and process improvements.
Knowledge of validation processes and medical device quality systems – advantage.
SolidWorks experience – advantage.
Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
