About the Digital Team:

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Digital Squad - a core team dedicated to building innovative, customer-facing solutions that embody the voice and presence of our company. This position offers the opportunity to tackle complex, large-scale system architectures while contributing to products that directly impact our users’ experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and enhance service systems to deliver high-quality user experiences and scalable products.
• Solve complex architectural and engineering challenges with creative and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and product managers, while contributing to a culture of support, ownership, and excellence.
• Actively participate in technical discussions, propose ideas, and help shape the technical direction of the team.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability across all layers of the stack - from frontend interfaces to backend infrastructure.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code as a core part of your development workflow.
• Own the full software development lifecycle: from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of our Digital Platforms, ensuring high-quality products and services.
• Solve complex architectural problems, utilizing your deep understanding of system architecture.
• Collaborate with other team members, sharing your expertise and facilitating a culture of learning.
• Maintain our system architecture, ensuring smooth operation and quality user experience.
• Be an advocate for clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in both frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency with React (React Native experience is a plus).
• Experience building backend services using Node.js, Kotlin, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerized environments using Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably with AWS.
• Experience working in high-scale, production-grade environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and system design skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a cross-functional team.
• Prior experience in fintech - especially in payment processing or financial services -is a strong advantage.
