Role Description-

• Serving as a Founding / Senior Full-Stack Engineer, joining an elite, intimate engineering squad with broad ownership over the design, architecture, and development of core enterprise AI applications.
• Leading end-to-end full-stack feature delivery across the platform’s entire lifecycle—from intuitive frontend workflows down to scalable backend microservices and cloud infrastructure.
• Designing and implementing production-grade, enterprise-scale features powered by modern LLM technologies, Generative AI models, and autonomous agentic workflows.
• Architecting robust, scalable backend services and data ingestion pipelines in Python deployed onto AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Developing dynamic, responsive, and data-dense enterprise user interfaces utilizing React and TypeScript.
• Driving modern continuous delivery standards, maintaining containerized deployments across Kubernetes (K8s), and authoring automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborating directly with the founding team and executive leadership to shape the product roadmap, engineering culture, and architectural standards.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer building complex, production-grade applications – Mandatory
• Deep, proven hands-on proficiency in modern frontend development with React and TypeScript – Mandatory
• Strong, production-grade backend engineering expertise in Python – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native architectures on AWS – Mandatory
• Practical experience containerizing applications and managing deployments utilizing Kubernetes (K8s) and robust CI/CD pipelines – Mandatory
• Solid working knowledge and hands-on experience integrating modern AI / LLM APIs, prompt engineering frameworks, or Generative AI components – Mandatory
• High degree of autonomy, self-directed execution, and ability to thrive in a distributed, fast-paced environment – Mandatory
• Fluent professional communication in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
