Defense Sales Manager – Israeli Market - 2122

TSG is growing – and we’re looking for a Defense Sales Manager to join our team!

TSG Group, a publicly traded defense technology company, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for the Israeli Defense Market to join our growing sales team.

This is an opportunity to lead complex sales processes, promote advanced technological solutions, and build long-term relationships with key customers across Israel’s defense ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

• Lead complex, end-to-end sales processes – from opportunity identification through negotiation and closing

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the IDF, DDR&D (MAFAT), Israeli defense industries, and government organizations

• Identify new business opportunities and expand activities with existing customers

• Work closely with agents, distributors, and internal technical and professional teams

• Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations

• Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and meet sales targets

• Monitor market trends and identify new business potential within the Israeli defense sector

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience selling systems and technological solutions to the Israeli defense market – required

• Proven experience working with customers and organizations across Israel’s defense and government sectors – required

• Proven experience managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles

• Experience working with agents and distributors

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Strong business and technological orientation, with the ability to understand and present complex solutions

• Independent, proactive, and results-driven mindset

• Excellent Hebrew and English
