Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and generate leads for law firm clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media strategies, managing content calendars, monitoring engagement and performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for reach and conversion. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) – a MUST.
• Native-level Hebrew proficiency – a MUST, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience working at a digital marketing agency as a Social Media Manager – including managing multiple client accounts, filming and directing clients during content shoots, creating short-form video content, and growing organic reach and engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and organic growth across major platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Strong creative instincts and the ability to identify content opportunities, develop engaging concepts, and turn professional knowledge into compelling social media content.
• Experience building and managing content calendars, developing scripts, planning shooting days, and managing content from concept through publication.
• Ability to independently manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and take full ownership of the social media process with minimal supervision.
• Experience using social media analytics and performance data to identify opportunities, improve content, and increase organic performance.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to confidently lead content processes with professionals and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including branding, lead generation, positioning, and funnel optimization.
• Proficiency with social media management, content creation, and design tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and similar platforms.
• Highly proactive, organized, creative, and results-oriented, with the ability to identify problems and opportunities without waiting for instructions.
