Recruitment Coordinator (Maternity Leave)

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies
• Source and engage top talent through a variety of channels
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' professional fit
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Drive hiring processes efficiently while meeting recruitment targets and timelines
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, including recruitment agency experience
• Bachelor's degree or students in their final year of studies
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• In-house recruitment experience is an advantage
