Senior Brand and Marketing Designer

We're looking for a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer to own design projects end-to-end, working independently with stakeholders across Growth, Brand, Leadership, and Product to turn ideas into visual stories that are clear, compelling, and on-brand.

You'll be a guardian of our brand guidelines, holding a high bar for design quality and consistency across every touchpoint. This role sits within a company that genuinely values design and the impact it has on the business.

What am I going to do?:

• Translate business goals, campaigns, and product messaging into design that tells a story
• Work autonomously with stakeholders in Growth, Brand, Leadership, and Product, managing your own priorities
• Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across every marketing and brand deliverable
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design — ideally at a tech or SaaS company
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities at once
• Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills
• Curious and hands-on with AI and new design tools, always keeping a finger on the pulse of what's new
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across Growth, Product, and Leadership
