Global Manufacturing Manager

Looking for an engineering role where you can truly make an impact?

We are looking for a Global Manufacturing Manager to take end-to-end ownership of complex products - from NPI and R&D transfer through mass production and global manufacturing.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an engineer who understands the big picture, knows how changes in one part of a system affect the entire product, and isn't afraid to challenge R&D to make products more manufacturable, cost-effective and reliable.

What you'll do:

Lead engineering activities from NPI to mass production.

Own and drive changes to the product structure / BOM.

Troubleshoot complex production issues across mechanics, electronics, optics and testability.

Work closely with R&D, Quality, Procurement, Operations and global manufacturing partners.

Lead Technology Transfer and production ramp-up at manufacturing sites worldwide.

Drive improvements in quality, cost and on-time delivery.

What we're looking for:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering preferred; Electrical Engineering also relevant.

5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, System Engineering or R&D.

Experience with complex multidisciplinary systems.

Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.

Experience with NPI / Technology Transfer - a strong advantage.

Defense industry experience - highly preferred.

Strong systems thinking, ownership and the confidence to challenge the status quo.

Willingness to travel internationally, including the US and Europe, for periods of up to approximately two weeks.
