Financial Systems Analyst (5133)

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Financial Systems Analyst.

The Role

The position involves analyzing and defining financial systems and business processes.

• Understand client and business needs and translate them into system requirements, from the initial project and planning stages through to the specification phase.
• Write functional and detailed specification documents, addressing both business processes and technological aspects.
• Support and accompany the development and testing processes through to the creation of procedures and operational guidelines.
• Manage multiple work interfaces and build effective collaborations to drive tasks and projects forward.
• Provide professional guidance and direction, while demonstrating the ability to work independently, learn quickly, pay close attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in analyzing business processes and writing specification documents – mandatory.
• Mandatory experience in at least one of the following fields: mortgages or banking credit.
• Candidates with experience working in banks or non-bank mortgage and financing companies are also welcome to apply.
• Experience working for organizations in the financial and mortgage sectors, such as Mimun Yashir, Harel, Tarya, or similar companies, is relevant.
• At least one year of experience in systems analysis is an advantage.
