System Analyst (Amadeus)

COMBLACK is hiring a System Analyst (Amadeus)!

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to join a leading airline company in the Shfela region.

This role involves analyzing business and technical requirements, designing system solutions, and supporting end-to-end processes in airline reservation and booking systems.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst – Required
• Experience in the travel or aviation industry, particularly with reservation and booking systems – Required
• Experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements
• Strong ability to write functional and technical specifications
• Experience working with development teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes, from requirements gathering and system design to development support and implementation
• Familiarity with Amadeus reservation systems – Advantage
