🚀 Innovation Developer: AI & Automation

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong AI mindset, high technical curiosity, and a passion for building things from the ground up.

This is not a traditional team-based development role. You’ll work directly with the CTO, exploring emerging AI technologies, rapidly prototyping ideas, and turning concepts into real, production-ready solutions.

🔹 What you’ll do

• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI, LLM, and Agentic AI technologies
• Build rapid prototypes, PoCs, and innovative solutions
• Develop intelligent automation for business workflows
• Build RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, and semantic retrieval systems
• Experiment with AI agents and orchestration frameworks
• Develop end-to-end Full-Stack solutions
• Design and optimize SQL databases and queries
• Manage your own environments, servers, and deployment pipelines

🔹 What we’re looking for

• Strong Full-Stack experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET, and Frontend
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
• Experience with Vector Databases & Embeddings
• Strong MS SQL skills
• Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
• Ability to take an idea from concept to production with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and a builder mindset
• Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies

Nice to have: React/Angular experience and previous experience as a solo developer or in a startup environment.
