AI Full-Stack Developer

Cover is a fast-growing Insurtech startup making pension and insurance management simple, transparent, and optimized for individuals and businesses.

We are looking for an experienced AI Full-Stack Developer to join our R&D team and build scalable web applications, AI-powered features, automations, and internal tools. This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role focused on modern web development, AI integrations, and practical automation.

• Build & Scale: Take a hands-on role in building scalable web applications, AI-powered features, and internal tools.

• ⁠Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into production applications

• Experience with cloud services, CI/CD, and scalable SaaS architectures
• Previous experience in fintech, insurtech, or regulated industries
