Account Manager

Step into a role where no two days are the same! Manage accounts for international clients, work with leading brands, deliver creative projects, and travel internationally!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the client.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our designs and solutions, according to show regulations and customer needs and objectives, within a team.
• Responsible for integrating new clients, develop existing client relationships and generate upsells.
• Coordinate internally to execute client briefs and bring their vision to life.
• Provide customer service and ongoing account support.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project execution.
• Travel abroad to oversee exhibition setup and delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management (must)
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must)
• Fluency in French or German language (advantage)
• Effective sales and negotiation skills to achieve business goals.
• Willingness to travel abroad at least 6 times a year (must)

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.

· Experience with international clients / exhibitions is a plus.
