Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Computer Technician to join a leading organization in Tel Aviv.

The role includes providing on-site technical support to the organization’s users, handling hardware issues for end users, working as part of an existing technicians team under a Team Leader, and providing guidance and support during technology sessions.

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support to end users

Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware issues

Work as part of an existing technicians team under a Team Leader

Provide guidance and support during technology sessions

Work with advanced technologies in a professional, stable, and dynamic environment with opportunities for learning and development

Requirements:

Experience or basic technical knowledge in handling end-user hardware, including computers, projectors, printers, and phones

Basic knowledge of computer networking

Experience providing on-site support to end users

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

Initiative, patience, reliability, and a desire to join an organization for the long term
