Client Relationship Manager

A Cybersecurity company is seeking a Client Renewal & Relationship Manager to join their Sales Operations team. This role blends client relationship management with commercial responsibility, focusing on renewals, onboarding, and retention within our cybersecurity SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is sales oriented, tech savvy, commercially driven, and eager to build long-term relationships while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients within the Sales Operations team.

• Lead renewal negotiations, ensuring timely and high-value contract closures.

• Manage onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring smooth adoption.

• Monitor account health, anticipate risks, and implement proactive retention strategies.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Sales leadership on expansion.

• Support the Sales Operations team with CRM accuracy, reporting, and pipeline visibility.

Job Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in Account Management, Renewals, or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS.

Proven track record in renewals and client retention with a strong sales orientation.

Tech savvy, with proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Organized, proactive, and results-driven team player.
