ServiceNow / SNOW Implementer – Defense Company, Northern Israel

A defense company in northern Israel is looking for a ServiceNow / SNOW Implementer to join its team.

The role includes implementing service requests and business processes on ServiceNow’s low-code platform, working closely with product, QA, infrastructure, cyber, and additional cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include:

Implementing service processes and workflows on the ServiceNow platform

Working with ServiceNow architecture, components, integrations, and interfaces

Investigating issues and supporting interfaces across different departments

Understanding business needs and translating them into optimal customer-oriented solutions

Leading development projects, including planning, monitoring, and controlling work plans

Working in a matrix environment with product teams, testers, infrastructure, and cyber teams

Requirements:

Academic degree in Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems – mandatory

At least 2 years of experience in system implementation or system analysis – mandatory

Experience implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform – significant advantage

Experience working with low-code platforms such as BPM, UiPath, or Salesforce – significant advantage

Experience with JavaScript and Angular – advantage
