Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on CFO to join a growing global pharmaceutical manufacturing company and take a key leadership role in its financial strategy and operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will have overall responsibility for the company’s financial management. The role requires a strategic and commercially oriented finance leader who can manage relationships with banks, support senior-level business decisions, and work closely with the Board—while remaining personally involved in financial reporting, cash-flow management, controls, and day-to-day financial activities.

The CFO will lead a small finance team of 2–3 employees and must be comfortable moving between strategic leadership and detailed hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s global finance function and financial strategy.
• Work closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board on strategic and commercial decisions.
• Manage relationships with banks, financing institutions, auditors, tax advisors, and other external financial partners.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and long-term financial planning.
• Take direct, hands-on responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Oversee accounting, financial controls, taxation, compliance, and audit processes.
• Prepare financial analyses, management reports, and commercial insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and improve financial processes, controls, and infrastructure to support the company’s growth.
• Lead a small finance team while remaining closely involved in its daily work and deliverables.
• Support the financial management of the company’s international operations and manufacturing activities.

Requirements:

• CPA – mandatory.
• Significant senior financial leadership experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director.
• Experience in a global manufacturing company – mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead a small finance team while remaining highly hands-on – mandatory.
• Strong personal involvement in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial controls.
• Experience working directly with banks, financing institutions, auditors, and external advisors.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, life sciences, or food industry – a significant advantage.
• Excellent understanding of accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit processes.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and business orientation.
• Experience supporting a growing, internationally active organization.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
